The phone is now available under the Push To Talk tab on VerizonWireless.com. The defective version was Hardware Revision B, and now they are shipping HARDWARE VERSION C which has corrected the speaker issues. Reviews have been very positive of the phone with the new hardware revision.
You can check the phone upon arrival and as long as it says HW Rev. C on the barcode strip under the battery, you're all set
