Once you get the phone, you can get the phone unlocked for international roaming no problem. National roaming.. you might need to do some fancy footwork to get it working with US GSM services (if at all). If you buy the phone at retail cost and talk with Verizon support, they might be able to unlock it, but there are no guarantees. I highly doubt you'll be able to use it with US pre-pay services no matter what though, because it is WIMO.
The ozone uses a non-standard headphone jack. Later versions of HTC phones will have a 3.5 port, but sadly not this version.
