Phones are locked by the manufactuers for a reason. That reason being that the specifications of their network requires phones that have been manufactured specifically to be compatible with their specific networks. If you are unable to find a website that unloocks phones, your phone will still not work with all features of the Cingualr, system, txt, mms or even data may not be supported because technologically it is a different operating system. As well Cingular wil lnot be able to offer you any warrenty, the manufactuer will not be able to offer you any warrenty, as well neither of the two will be able to troubleshoot any problems with you as you have altered the way th ephones were designed to be used.I would recommend purchasing a Cingular phne. My understnading form browsing their websites that htey have some good deals on phones that would then allow them to supoprt any problems/questions or such that you have related to the phone
