Contact/Caller Groups Issue

I am looking for a way to add a contact into more than one group...and I can't find anything online, in the manual, etc.

Surely I am not the first person that has attempted to add a contact into more than one group on the r351?

This would be a deal-breaker for me if this phone doesn't have that capability.
