E-mails delivery issue

I have four email addresses on my iPhone, 2 set up for Push and 2 for Fetch, every 15 min. The ones with Push suppose to arrive immediately, however for one of them (which is Microsoft Exchange) it takes 15 min, just like with Fetch. Please help. Thanks
