I have the same problem with threaded text messages. If I have multiple texts from the same person, for some reason I have to open the thread multiple times to clear the new text message indicator in Touch Flo.

I haven't had the problem with the phone unlocking when received email/text, however I did notice that if you slide open the keyboard while the phone is locked, it unlocks the phone. Possible while in your pocket it gets bumped or pushed just enough to unlock?

I don't get a notification message for every message - just the message count in Touch Flo.

A couple issues I am having:

1) Flash button (touch interface) while on a call doesn't do anything. I forgot to try hitting the send button to see if it flashes the phone - I will try.

2) I bought a new Jabra wired headset for occasions when I want to save as much battery life as possible. This headset had no volume control and for some reason even when the volume on the phone was at its lowest setting, the volume was extremely loud.

3) If I try and play a visual voicemail while the phone is in vibrate mode, it tells me I must turn up my volume first.

4) In the Touch Flo Contacts view, if I select Menu and Company Directory, it doesn't sort by company name. It has a search box, however if I search for company names I know are in my address book, the search results are blank. I have about 1,300 contacts and occasionally need to be able to search based on contact keywords.


After having the phone since it was introduced, overall I'm happy with it. A number of gripes above, but nothing that's a show stopper. I haven't taken it into VZW for tech support, since I'm expecting to upgrade to WM6.5 as soon as its available, which will hopefully fix the above issues....
