Voice Command doesn't announce calls

Hi Guys, I received my TP2 yesterday from VZW, as an upgrade to my trusty and pretty solid i760. I am done with configuration and have been using the phone.

One thing I can't seem to get to work is Voice Command. I have the same settings as my i760 on the Voice Command and it supposed to call out incoming calls and messages but it doesn't do it.

Also in the same note, I have set it up to Ring Once, yet when the call comes in, it keeps ringing.

On my i760 it would ring once, then the Voice Command would kick in. I'd like the same for the TP2. Any ideas? Thanks!

I contacted VZW's support, the real nice PDA support person first tried to duplicate the problem on their TP2 and she couldn't get the VC to announce calls either. Then she contacted HTC and the word is to wait for 6.5 fix for the Voice Command issues on TP2.
