It's not available at every store just yet. That's not unusual for a new phone. It's not available here in Philly, for example
However, it IS available online, and it IS available in stores in some major cities. I just checked, and Best Buy shows it available in NYC, LA, and Chicago stores... possibly other cities, as well.
