Something is happening?

When checking my order at the Nokia website (3rd time today-yes I know I have a problem)where the phone and the blue tooth headset were listed as back ordered, this last time the headset was listed as "in progress." Does this mean good things are going to happen?

I called yesterday, they said they will ship in July. But I'm thinking of canceling my order and waiting for the Idou/Satio.

I don't think AT&T has plans to sell this anytime soon, but things may change.

No 3.5 mm jack is a deal breaker for me...on that Phone. Come on SONY get with it...

Nice phone though would consider it if it had a usb port and NORMAL headphone jack...The Plug in port is terrible and not reliable. I gave up on SE phones becasue of that port.....

The best thing that can happen is wait a month or two after release... Then Thank all the bleeding edge early adopters for their reviews and see whether or not spending $500 for the phone will be worth it...

The price is sure to drop after the new iphone is released and the PRE. (Especially if ATT lowers the Iphone $30 UL internet to $15!!)

I waited two months and got my N95 for less than $450..I suspect the N97 will drop in price really fast and missing the first month or two of ownership will be worth it...but then again I already have an N95...

I wouldn't bet on that happening at all. Look at the prices of the top tier of Nseries phones. The N96 on average is still $600, and that's been out for some time now. The deal that Amazon was having, $603.99, which I jumped on, and am still patiently waiting for my phone, is the best price I think you're going to see for a lot longer than 2 months based on what I'm seeing with the pricing of other Nseries devices. Just what I believe though.

I agree. I saw NokiaUSA.com having a three hour sale last Saturday night, the N97 was under $600 and they gave away the protection plan for free, but beyond anomolies like that, I don't see the price dropping much in the near future.
