where can I get a usb data cable that works w/w2k for sync w/outlook and to dl pictures to the phone from pc...what other sw do I need for this to work?

You can get the 310 data cable at Radio shack (I think the company is called futuredial). Also I'm on a mac (& actually I can't upload anythign to the phone on my mac, but have been able to on a pc.) There's a mac program called onsync that works well, not sure about on a pc, but I woudl guess that there's something out there. Once yo uget the cable you need to download the drivers, download GAGIN, & follow the instructions & go to town!
