i got the 09 software update and i can tell you that it has not done anything for the problems the phone has been having, the back light still goes out when your making a call and it does not come back on unless i hang it up, it still has not corrected the headset problem when i cant hear at times when i make a call. nothing has changed still same problem and this is phone number 5
