LG enV Touch VX-11000

WOW! I can't believe it! Some one is actually experiencing the same problems as I am! I have been trying to tell people about the problems but they just look at me like if I'm stupid or something. Well to be completely honest I have exchanged the phone 3 times already. All of them seem to be having this issue. Actually it has gotten worse. Sometimes only the front keys will light up and the screen remains black. And even one time it turned blue on me But apparently I have the latest version and nope it has not fixed the issue. The phone has even erased my favorites that I had saved. Another issue has well is that sometimes it will change my background to the default background and when I go to look at my pics it has a white block with a blue question mark. I don't know what is wrong with this phone. I think our best bet would be to call LG up and advise them of the issue with the screen so that they could start working on the problem.
