*TURN OFF YOUR PHONE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY AND REMOVE THE BATTERY FROM THE PHONE AND LEAVE IT OUT FOR 1 FULL MINUTE!*

this has been helping me for a very long time. Doing this helps the phone's signal strength, helps the battery life, and also helps it reconnect to the towers in your area.
