DRAFTS ISSUE
A FAMILY MEMBER HAS THE ENV TOUCH AND SHE WILL AT TIMES STORE TEXT MESSAGES IN THE DRAFTS TO BE SENT AT A LATER DATE. sHE CLAIMS THAT HER PHONE WILL ONLY HOLD 2 DRAFTS AT ANY SPECIFIC TIME. HAS ANYONE NOTICED THIS OR IS HER PHONE NOT WORKING CORRECTLY.

It may depend on virtual memory. I've had a few drafts but I tend to keep my messages box more towards empty and I have a memory card which I save pix/flix/tones on... so there is more memory on the actual phone itself.. so that might make a difference...

I have been having the same issue. Verizon does not know how to fix it, they keep saying it is due to not having the phone updated completely. I have nothing stored on the phone and it still erases my drafts, unfortunately it erases after the one I save. It doesn't matter how many I save it still erases the ONE that I have. It might be the phone?
