I had the same problem. I was using visual voice mail. I found if i was on the phone and received another call when the caller left a message, my phone would reboot. It would also reboot other time. There are a few other situations that would cause it to happen, but it all stems around visual voice mail. I had to drop it. And good luck removing it, I first called Verizon to drop it. But there was no way to remove it from my phone. However that toke care of my issue. I later did a restore on my phone to remove it.
