Motorola Clutch i465

This may be a stupid question but I dont know how to enter letter commands on this phone because of how the keypad is designed. For instance say i am using telephone banking and I am told by the operater to enter my passcode which is letters, and a letter in it is not one of the main number keys on this phone, ex. and "i", how do I enter that as a command? I have tried everything I can and I am lost. I am used to the keypad being alphabatized like the previos phone i had the i776.

Please help
