LG enV3 VX-9200

I got me a blue env3, and it wont turn on. Woke up, and it froze trying to send a message. I turned it off, powered it back on and it just says "verizon wireless" then flickers a white screen and does it over and over again till I take the battery out. This phone was up-to-date on the software/firmware, had about 40 pix on it and had the inbox emptied recently. This particular phone also was lost and found on the side of a road whichhas a speed limit of 40 mph, slung out of pants full force at a rock and dropped a gazillion times and still was taking pictures like the day I got it.
