The rival isnt really a disaster. had a couple issues, but actually worked quite well. I owned iNTENsity for a brief timing and it worked well too. So if that will work for you, I guess get that phone. If not get the LG OCTANE it is a REALLY good phone. I'd recommend it anyday.
