I can't understand the negative reviews

Seriously, one person said "this phone overheats" and gave it a bad rating. Others love the screen, but don't like the fact it cannot record video...yet, so they give it zero or one star.

Having used iPhones, BlackBerries, and Nokias, the Pre beats all of them easily, and it has a platform that will only make it better.

More folks need to step up and give this great phone a great review. I am going to do my part right now.

I reported the guy that said he had one for one day and then took it back for a iphone and then says that sprint may loose him? WTF!

How will sprint loose you if you already took the phone back and said you went with the Iphone? Makes me think he never even had the phone. honestly how do you give any phone no stars? like it has to be something the company excelled in or did good except a few phones are that bad.

One persons dream phone is another's nightmare.

Seriously, reviews on any phone on here are a mixed bag. Some are thoughtful, some are regulars with their own agendas, some are kids that thought it was a "dumb phone" that they could use for texting. Never bas...

Well Sprint acknowledges a 40% return rate on the Pre. That fact speaks for itself.

Who knows what to believe. Actual return rates are probably closely held secrets. Looks like both estimates are third party.

This is hilarious. No copy and paste, no video, no forwarding of texts. Ooohhhh....what an iPhone killer! "Phones have had this for years!" Even the iPhone has all this now. What exactly was Palm's reasoning for leaving all this stuff off. You would've thought with all the crap that people have given the iPhone, they would have included these features. And it feels all cheap and plastic-y with the crappy slide out keyboard. I just think it's funny.
