Palm Pre (CDMA)

To sync your contacts from gmail, just go to contacts on your phone. On the upper left corner click the drop down menu for Contacts, then choose "Preferences & Accounts". Scroll the screen to the bottom choose "Add An Account". Then you just have to enter your username and password. I think facebook works the same way.

To sync Outlook you will need PocketMirror on your phone and Chapura SyncManager on the computer with that your Outlook is on. Use the WiFi on your phone to connect to the same network that your computer is on, then you can sync your contacts.
