Hello all...Writing this b/c there is much confusion about this phone. I am a preferred retailer and am currently testing this phone as part of a trial program. Have only had it for a day but all i have to say is its CRACK. Im by no means a fan of any service as I think they all have their ups and downs so im gunna try and not to be biased.

Firstly i think the Iphone is one of the most innovative phones to date and any phone that has been released so far has not even approached what the iphone is capable of. That being said, the Palm Pre IS the next big phone. They have taken all of the best features of the iphone and went one step further. Everyone knows the features by now so im not going to discuss features, you guys will just ...

Does the phone have a touchscreen keyboard for messaging? I would prefer to use an onscreen rather than a physical keyboard most times.

No on screen keyboard. the keyboard is tiny, but the keys have a decent feedback on them. I think it could have been slightly larger but having a physical keyboard is definitely a plus for heaving texting and emailing.

Thanks for the info, but I have a few comments that I would like to have on the phone.

1. Option add album folders and move the pictures around to different folders.

2. Being able to send an invite to someone through the calendar.

3. Being able sync birthday dates from the contacts to the calendar like how the blackberry does. To go back to the calendar to add it is ridiculous. Once I go to the contacts and add the birthday date that should be enough.

4. Being able to group folks so that I can send one text instead of going back and forth from the contacts.

I like the phone but those options that I mentioned would help me out.

How do you forward text messages?

Being a former crackberry user I'm accustomed to sending texts and emails to 15+ people. Is there any way to create a distribution list for texting and emails.
