yes it will definitely support exchange push for email, contacts, tasks, etc sync. Engadget.com posted specs and details about what the WebOS is capable of and it is supposed to have support for Exchange. So this will also be yet another contender in the business marketplace. I am using Windows Mobile 6.1 specifically for Exchange support. Once the Pre comes out i'm on-board with it!
