Shortly after I downloaded the Samsung NSP IB2 program they took it off there site for downloading. Not really sure why. I had to copy it onto a Thumb Drive from my work computer to install on my home computers. Its a 95MB program or I'd send it to you via email. 
If you want I'd be happy to burn it onto a CD and mail it to you. Just let me know. I found out about using this program the day I bought my phone (April 2009) from the ATT sales person.
