phone shuts off

Bought A Sanyo SCP 5300 last week. Kept shutting of while browsing. Had it replacee, new one does too. Running software version 1.035sp. This is the only pfoblem i'm having so far. Any fixes available? Anyone had similar problems with the 8100?
