Samsung Trance SCH-U490

Thanks Cat. I was beginning to think that I was alone. Verizon seemed to think so, too. The problem for me is that I already exchanged a another phone to get the Trance. So when I called about the problems with the Trance, the guy @ Verizon told me to take the entire 30 days and see if it clears. If not, then I could do another exchange. However, when I did call again a few days later, a different guy told me that I can only have one exchange. The inconsistency is unreal!!! So after much arguing with a supervisor, they just sent me another Trance. Big Deal!!! Well, I did manage to get a little more music on the new Trance (just over 4.5GB), but I'm afraid to go any higher. So much for buying an 8GB card. It still is doing funny things like deleting songs from a playlist that I created from the phone. The playlists that I transfer onto the phone seem to be intact. But this whole with Verizon has left a bad taste in my mouth. I know it's a new phone and all, but I didn't appreciate the fact that they treated me like I was the only one in the whole world with this problem. So thanks again Cat for coming forward.
