Ok - I gave up my old old old blue motorola for an LG Banter. Seemed ok in the store but now that I realize it is missing some important features my moto had - I am looking at the LG Tritan. Unfortunately it looks like these features are missing from this phone too and, frankly, I am SHOCKED! These features seem like real no-brainers to me. Obvious things - but perhaps I am just an odd duck.

I have noticed these as well, and have noticed the same on past Motorolas. I don't think its a patent issue as other phones I have had in the past have had the Motorola phone features you speak of. I am not sure why LG did it differently.

i agree with the original post, leaving the speakerphone on permanantly is quite asenine... lots of things about the firmware are making me second guess this thing. LG really screwed up on it annoyingly 👿
