OS Upgrade on Samsung SPH-i700

I'm most likely behind the times
, but trying to get the Pocket PC 2003 upgrade for my i700. I've seen the fact that Verizon has it available for US clients, but I'm in Canada under Telus Mobility, they have discontinued the phone. Anybody know where I can get the upgrade? Also, once that is complete, I'd like to get Microsoft Voice Command which seems to be interesting. Any comments on Voice Command would also be appreciated!
