yes it does have a viewer and a tv out option to view on the ev..but u cannot edit word, excel or PDF files..and it does have a pop email notifier it kinda sux but if you have one of the major popular email addys
as far as browsers if you go to the forum you can use opera mini as browser its better than the built in browser....

only problem i have is no flash program for some programs and you tube runs so slow even with 3g.
