This has already showed up in European T-Mobile websites, so it's a matter of time before it shows up west of the Atlantic.

I heard this is T-Mobile's answer to the Bold (from ATT).

ATT should be getting not to long after. This is a definite winner here should outsell the Bold and Storm. Imagine the lines.

Your not serious are you?

Without any high speed data other than Wi-Fi the only thing it's going to outsell is TMO's current BB Curve.

Did you look at the specs? Its better in every single way than the original curve. And it looks better!

Why you would buy the original curve over the 8900 is beyond me. It would be a complete waste

BTW--T mob is rumored to be releasing this late Jan 2009. ATT should be soon after or maybe even before.

The Curve was not designed to be a flagship phone. Only a replacement.

It may outsell the Bold and the Storm simply because it won't be carrier specific. The original Curve is sold by everyone and generally well liked ๐Ÿ˜

Well I hope AT&T gets it soon, it may not have 3G but it has to have less problems than the Bold with all its bells and whistles. My two cents.

Can you please explain to me what problems the BOLD had? Cuz as far as I can tell there really isnt anything wrong with it. Maybe short battery life but that'll get better.

P.S. I think this 8900 series will do very well here in the states.

Ive had my Curve for 9 months now and I dont own a computer. I do everything on my BB. Yes, the 3G is way better to have and yes it means if your a sales person you can sell higher dollar phones because theyre 3G, but its not nessessary. Im happy with EDGE service... For now, Im going to upgrade to the BOLD soon ๐Ÿ˜

the bold only has one problem and that is when its in areas where 3g service is non-existant or spotty it will drop calls or not recieve calls. there is how ever a simple solution and that is to shut the 3g off.

Few problems experienced with the Bold except with 3G which is a network related issue. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ
