BlackBerry Storm 9530
Anyone have this problem?
This happens the times I turn my Storm off to get a good charge. when I turn it back on and message alerts go off as it is turning on and the screen stays with the Verizon logo, so I pull the battery. Do I just need to wait longer for it to come up or is there something I am missing in settings or otherwise? Any info would be appreciated, Steven in SoCal.

Ah, yes, the Verizon logo that won't go away otherwise known sometimes as the "Verizon screen of death"
What OS are you running? .90 seems to have nearly solved the issue. I had it a lot in .86.
Battery pull is the only way to get rid of it if it hangs too much ☹️

Yes I am running .86 but I did a change out yesterday and had .86 and didn't have this problem. The change out they even gave me a new Storm out of the box and no more business card or backing off the screws, and the lower send key's etc or raised more.
