I talked to my Verizon friend who is a tech there and he said another update is on the way. He owns this phone himself and knows what he is doing. I couldn't believe it when he told me, I will talk to him more and see if he can figure the date its to be released!

Thank You,
Steven

This latest update still needs bandages. First impression for me was the improved accelerometer, the qwerty in portrait, and very little else that significantly improved the device over .75 OS. Hawkeye, your post was much better than my bandage remedy. Thank you! The link is terrific and should address my battery problems once I can focus on the responses.

I run Weatherbug which might be causing some excessive drain.
I also utilize the Storm for all my business activity via landline call fowarding. Email retrieval and 3rd party apps....... news, sports, convenience utilities such as wallpaper changers, ring tones, Utube, Accelodex, etc., account for much usage. I like to play with this phone. Very little texting, though in as much as I also carry a Voyager with hard qwerty for that purpose. The Storm was not designed for anything but hunt and peck typing of limited content.

So, that's the basic flavor of my Storm. I hate t...
