turn off auto gem??
Whenever I power it on I get the option to automatically recognize gsm or cdma
How I turn it off so I am always on cdma without messing up my data plan...thanks

Go to Options on your main menu. Go to mobile network and look at the settings in there.
-Is your Network Selection mode set to Auto?
-Network Technology set to Global or 1XEV?
Check those setting out first and play with them. Might help?

The only option mine gives me is auto for network selection.
and is set to global not 1XEV or GSM....I was worried about changing that...if i did I would incur charges?
1 more thing if I could...I added a few contact images and noticed in vista a whole bunch of folders with numbers under neath were created with those images...any idea why?
