How to...
after using the storm for one full day i must say it is not as bad as everybody has made it out to be, however there is still much tbd...some things i noticed that i was unable to do on the storm:
1.if somebody texts me that is not stored in my phonebook i can not add to contacs and/or call-killer for me
2.you cant cut and paste from an email received and or text message
3.when typing-can you hold shift plus another key? really is tough with nmeric passwords
any help would be much appreciated

Not sure about your questions 1 & 3, but you can do a copy/paste. Just open the menu and choose 'Select' just like other Blackberry's, then tap the word/lines you want to copy. Pretty simple to do.
