Evil or Very Mad unfortunatly , this is normal. My daughter and I both bought a banter ( wich is the same phone with 10 different names because they are JUNK! and LG needs to get rid of them ) Ours shut off every time anyone would send a text while we were in the middle of a call< reboot ,and we would lose the call..its a glitch in this phone and a BAD ONE ! ( this , again, is why I think Lg keeps renaming and adding a few small things to it - they know they are horrible phones and dont want to be stuck with warehouses full of them,Im happy alltel is no longer carring this phone under the name of BANTER or any other name-I know many people who bought them 2 yrs ago because they were affordable, had features, and were cool and everyone has regretted the purchase due to the reboot whenever the phone feels like it , my advice is renew your contract and get a different model phone and if you can not sell it on ebay or somewhere, get the money you can get, cut your losses, and just buy a different cheap ( even used ) phone untill you can get your next renewal upgrade phone through your contract. I had 5 warranty replacement BANTERS in 1 YEAR and they all did the same reboot during a call issue and many text I could never open and the reception and battery life was horrid on all 5 of my BANTERS and on my daughters 1 BANTER ( she is a teenager so she can deal with it for a short while till I go in and renew one of our numbers next week or so )
