sounds like your phone is screwed but if it's a software issue you can enter the master reset code just save all your contacts and wallpapers and ringtones remove your sim card from your phone and dial *2767*3855# once it reboots it's a hard reset back to factory conditions


*2767*3855# reset entire phone
