ascending ringtone
ok anyone notice that the rington tends to be ascending? When i got into sound profiles and select the options under "call alert type" it has these options... "MELODY, INCREASING MELOCY, VIBE THEN MELODY, VIBE & MELODY, AND VIBE & INCREASING MELODY". Ok...so I have it set just on straight "melody" should that not be just the regular ring...non-ascending? Well on my phone it still starts of low and then gets loader even on this setting. Please help!

I picked up my Eternity Sunday and have noticed the same exact thing. No matter what you set it on the ringtone volume ascends. if the phone is on the other side of the room I miss the call by the time I get to it. Other than that I love this phone.

I actually did a test...I put it on ascending and it is lower then it is when on normal melody. When it's on melody....it starts of quite but its only for like 3 seconds...then it reaches it's loudest ring. My conclusion is that it's a safety perecaution or something. Either way this phone is THE BEST
