Samsung's PC Studio 3 is available as a free download. With the proper USB cable, it will facilitate moving files etc between PC and phone.

However, I personally cannot get it to sync my Outlook data (contact, calendar, etc). It turns my phone off, then complains that the connection has been dropped! I hope this is a bug that will be fixed shortly, but it could also be due to fact that I am using XP Pro and they call for XP Family. (They also claim 2000 sp4 and Vista.)

You can move music and photo's even without PC Studio....as long as you have the USB cable.

Actually, you may be able to transfer files via bluetooth. I haven't tried this.
