Motorola Hint and Phone Tools
I've got version 5 of Motorola Phone Tools installed on my Windows Vista computer. It was working OK with my KRZR, but I've recently gotten a Hint. When I try to connect the Hint, it says that my phone is not supported, checks for updates, and says no updates are available. According to any documentation I can find on the Hint, it should be compatible with Phone Tools. I've tried contacting Motorola Support, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Has anyone tried this and gotten it to work??

Try to update MPT again. Last night I was able to download 5.XX and MPT sees the hint on my XP computer.

I just tried it again, with no luck. I submitted a request for help to Motorola on Saturday, but I haven't heard a word from them yet. Anyone else have any ideas?

Finally got an answer back from Motorola (over a week after I was told I'd have an answer within 24 hours). They said to try updating Phone Tools again (which I'd tried several times before, only to find no updates available). This time, there were updates available, and I was able to get my Hint connected.
