Thanks for the tip. I did have 5 tasks running (Facebook, Internet, etc.) and cleared them. I'll see what happens. I also use ClearTemp to free up memory on the phone and have installed my apps to the memory card and not the phone.

I used the phone during a recent trip to Europe and as a camera - it was great! Also got Skype to work pretty well whenever I was in a WiFi hotspot.

Overall, as a "phone" the Omnia is OK; but it seems to me that as these things become more and more a hand-held computer that there needs to be a major improvement in battery technology, power consumption, OR BOTH!
