My wife just got her Omnia last week. Fantastic phone, BUT we charge our phones when we go to bed. Her Omnia sends out a notification that the phone charge is complete which seems to happen shortly after we go to sleep! Is there a way to turn off this notification?

The only way I've found is to replace the notify.wav and alarm2.wav in the windows/ folder with blank .wav files. So it will still notify you, but you shouldn't be able to hear it.

Or you could put it in etiquette mode if you don't need to get calls.

You can volume down so the phone's volume is off and the notification won't sound. the phone will still ring though if you get call. Or enable the etiquette feature and just lay the phone face down while you sleeping.

I'll say to go to Start < Settings. Click on the Sound & Notifications and uncheck the Event Box or the Notifications.

I hope that solves your problem
