What is on the companion CD? And bluetooth questions...

Hi all,

Looking at getting the Samsung Omnia for Verizon, and I had a couple of questions.

1. What software is on the companion CD?

2. Can you upload/download photos/files from the phone to a computer (PC or Mac) via Bluetooth (or USB cable)?
