This is the only i910 case I saw with a stylus holder, the stylus holder being my primary prerequisite. If there's another one out there, I missed it. I'd appreciate a link to it if you have it.

But, to your question, it's a trade-off. Someone who uses the camera frequently (I don't) might prefer to have it uncovered for quicker access. I prefer the protection the case gives to the camera opening, since leaving it exposed also leaves it vulnerable to potential damage, as well as dust and dirt accululation.

Given a choice, I'd personally choose to keep it covered.
