omnia and music memory issue

is anyone else unable to get your music stored onto the memory card or even the my storage...it can do rhapsody through the computer sync but it only stores the files in the program memory..same with doing sync through wmp... and even he one album i got to listen to would only play on wmp and no album art ... can anyone help

thi8s phone isn't phaspody capable yet. if you bought the songs outright, not just the free subscription music, ti should work, ifne, i haven't worked with the music at all yet.

well it can do subscription transfer from pc to phone but not ota purchase

If you use Rhapsody, you have to drag it to the memory card, not the device. Also, the songs will only play on the Windows Media Player until Verizon comes out with Rhapsody for the Omnia.
