Hi geek_girl. I don't have this phone any longer but yeah the email worked sometimes with the 9.99 web2go plan. Maybe u can try it first with the web2go plan and then if it doesn't work u can alway return the phone within 14 days...30 days if u live in california (re-stocking fee is 20 percent of the amount u paid)
