that is where u will get the specs on your device. also if u filled up your phone memory with programs then you must not be using the phone right (uninstall programs that you are not using **under setting then applications then manange application and select the program u dont use or is just taking up room (bear in mind u will only be able to uninstall program that are on ram and not rom) That will free up some memory) . are u using all the programs you download and not u can install em on the memory card. they are downloaded on the the card under the download folder.
