Unless someone can give me some hope, this phone is gone. I will await the Samsung Behold.
However, I just want to add that the G1 doesnt need Video Capture. It would be nice, true, but it wouldnt push the phone into any new tiers. Video capture has never really been twicked enough for cellphones. Though you can capture "ok" videos with other phones, the G1 is simply a phone for other features.
Not for nothing, but, between you and I, I like the T919 better. Shhh. I didnt say that.

I know shooting video on phones ain't fancy but it's better than nothing. CIF or QVGA is decent and I at least get to record my kids' voices. I just don't have a regular video camera when I need it.
asLeepLessman, let's say I keep my G1 for now and then decide to sell it later because I want the T919 (Behold). Will my data plan for the G1 work on the T919.
This is what I would do, depending on your state you have a 14 or 30 day return policy. I would wait, if video capture is the only thing you don't like aboutt he phone. You have to remember that the phone has only been out for 8 days. The emulator has been out for a while but there is only so much you can program without havnig the hardware in hand.
This is what I would do, depending on your state you have a 14 or 30 day return policy.
As for the plan they will be different plans but similar in price.
