Everyone I know who works at t-mobile is not impressed with this phone. Last week t-mobile trained employee's on the g1. Many lost interest and predict they will receive tons of complaints and unknown problems with device. There already reporting outages. Dont believe they will void warranty for sim swapping just call and ask or go into the store and talk to a rep no one is ever in there anyway except maybe tommorow for this joke of a release date (try it before u buy it). Thats why preordering is a bad idea because you do get to test drive the phone and could end up stuck with a dud or just completly dislike the phone. Best phone on the market right now is the Diamond until the Pro comes out do side by side comparisions of the g1 and the Diamond hint Dark text means better! Have fun
