Voice tag file backup

I have been using this phone for years and love it; I have one pet peeve, and that is the voice tag file management. I have been told repeatedly by tech support that these files are not backed up on your PC, and that if your phone loses power completely, these files are lost and you have to re-train them. This has happened to me one too many times.
However, a glimmer of hope: the last time I called tech support for an unrelated issued, the tech told me he had seen a hack on the web soemwhere that backed up these files. Google is turning up nothing. Has anyone seen such a backup utility out there?

This is not what you asked about, but I suggest you look into a palm program that will backup everything to a SD flash card. I use a program called CardBkup.PRC (aka CardBackup Version 2.1). A 64Mb SD flash card will let you keep a full backup and several incremental backups to restore your phone.
