Can't hear through earpiece on phone
Has anyone had this problem? I just got my 7135 and have been checking it out. Called Verizon. They were helpful. Tried a soft reset. Did not work. Removed and Replaced battery and I could hear through the ear piece.
This only lasting for a while. I tried the battery R&R again and it has not worked.
Have read reviews about battery charging.
This has me worried about this phone.
The speaker phone works. Not the ear piece.

Ok guys here is your issue.
You either have a bad Connector ribbon, or a bad speaker in the ear piece.
I have the same phone and have fixed about 1500 of them in the past year. It is not due to the software so resetting the phone is not going to do anything.
Is your phone a refurbished phone or new?
