It's the color of this phone and the U550, and the styling of the u540 that I didn't go with Samsung for my upgrade. What is Samsung's problem of giving Verizon the fugly phones, and giving the nicer looking ones to MetroPCS, Cricket, USCC, and Alltel? I can't understand why Verizon is accepting the ugly ducklings. It's pathetic. 😡
